EXP /EXD : Expiry Date / Expiration Date
MFG /MFD : Manufacturing Date / Manufactured Date
BB /BBE : Best Before / Best Before End
Batch No. : This is a code that enables the manufacturer to identify when and where the products were made.
L&C No. : Lot and Control Number – Meaning is similar to Batch No.
Reg No. : Registered Number – Issued by The Food and Drug Administration, Ministry of Public Health, by using A B C and 1, 2 to indicate the type of modern medicines.
A refers to a finished drug produced in the country
B refers to a finished drug imported from abroad
C refers to a finished drug imported from abroad with no later packing
And
1 refers to a single drug that contains single active ingredient
2 refers to a compound drug that contains multiple ingredients.
